At BlenderBottle®, we stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your fitness journey, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact and was purchased directly from the BlenderBottle® website.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely pack your items, including the packing slip, before dropping the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 7-10 business days.
